Tennesse multiple car crash leaves 13 injured

A three-car crash occurred on Highway 96 in Williamson County. According to authorities, a minivan carrying 11 passengers clipped another vehicle and then crashed head-on into a third vehicle. The car accident occurred in the late afternoon on a Saturday. Officials stated that four adults were taken to a nearby hospital where they were listed in critical condition. Two of the adults were in the minivan, and the other two were from the car that was hit head-on. The other nine passengers in the minivan were also taken to the hospital. Their conditions are not known. The remaining nine passengers were minors. They were seven sixteen year old girls, and two younger children.

According to officials, none of the passengers in the minivan were wearing seat belts. It did not appear as though the driver of the other car was wearing a seat belt.

The people who were injured in this accident will face expensive bills for their medical care and treatment. The critical nature of their injuries means that they are likely to be in the hospital for a long time, leading to high medical costs. There might be other expenses as well such as lost wages and physical therapy expenses. When they leave the hospital, they may also need medical devices, such as crutches or wheelchairs.

People who are injured as a result of an accident might be entitled to compensation for their injuries. A settlement could be used to pay for medical bills, lost wages or other expenses. An experienced personal injury lawyer might be able to help them prepare a lawsuit.
